About Balance Construction
Balance Construction is a Cape Coral business specializing in cabinet refacing. Walter Martinez has owned and operated it since 2005, serving Southwest Florida homeowners with an interest in how the finished cabinets look and work.
Today, cabinet refacing is our main focus. We also supply and install new kitchen cabinets and custom built-ins, and provide finish carpentry for the details around the room. We help you understand which approach fits the space before moving into selections and measurements.

Meet Walter Martinez
Walter’s attention goes to the parts you see and use every day: doors that line up, drawer fronts that sit neatly and hardware fitted in the right place. The conversation starts with your existing cabinets and the result you’re hoping to achieve.
If the kitchen layout works, we assess whether the boxes are suitable for refacing. If replacement or additional storage would better address the problem, we discuss that too. The aim is to choose work that makes sense for your home.

We work with homeowners in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Consultations take place at the project, where the cabinet condition, room dimensions and surrounding finishes can be reviewed together.
